What Will Happen to Becky’s Other Talents?

Becky Aguila, the now controversial manager of Angel Locsin, is also the talent manager of young stars Jennylyn Mercado and Valerie Concepcion.

Jennylyn only appears in the Sunday noontime show SOP at GMA 7. It was earlier reported that Jennylyn was among those being considered for the role originally played by Sharon Cuneta on the movie version of Pasan ko ang Daigdiig. The movie will be made into a TV drama which will star Yasmien Kurdi and not Jennylyn. Valerie has no TV assignment yet since her last TV drama Sinasamba Kita ended last week.

Both Jennylyn and Valerie are very talented actresses. Reports also said the two together with Angel are no longer endrosers of the Calayan Surgicenter. Dr. Manny Calayan was said to have sent them a letter saying they are discontinuing their services to the three talents of Ms. Aguila.

Now fans of Jennylyn and Valerie are getting alarmed. What will happen to their idols? It is understandable that the two will stay with Ms. Aguila because of an existing contract with her.

We just hope the two talents would not be adversely affected by Angel and her manager’s decision to move to ABS CBN, GMA’s rival network.
