An ABC Family original series, The Secret Life of the American Teenager centers on the topic of teen pregnancy. This show not only highlight the complications brought about by teenage pregnancy but it also shows the effects on a teenager’s life in general.
Typical Teenage moms and dads have very stressful lives. They have to figure out a way to support their child, they have to deal with babysitters and changing diapers and sacrificing their education, finding a job that pays well, and similar important issues.
In episode 2, watch Amy as she finds a way to visit Grace. She needs a baby sitter and Ben says he can do it. However Amy refuses to allow Ben to babysit her son.
