Watch Past Live Trailer Promo Video – FOX
Fox will be showing another Scifi / Paranormal type of show called “Past Life“. We’ll be seeing cases of past life regressions and past live memory recall and how it affects the current lives of the reincarnated body.
Do you believe in reincarnation or past life? Experts say that people in Jesus time also believe in reincarnation. In fact the Catholic Church during the early times also believe in reincarnation. However, many internet sources said that during the time of Constantine, a council was held (council of Nicea) where priests/bishops debated about the Church doctrine, including issues such as reincarnation. Eventually, reincarnation was “voted out”.
Note: I’m no expert in Church history or doctrines but that’s what I’ve seen on the net so far.
Anyways, this new series called “Past Life” would probably be embraced by followed by paranormal fanatics that like show such as “Fringe” and “Heroes”.

You’re kidding. Someone actually suggested that reincarnation was talked about at Nicea?
There’s no lack of information about what was discussed at Nicea in A.D. 325. There’s no lack of information about what issues were controversial for the two centuries before Nicea.
Reincarnation was not discussed at Nicea. They discussed the Arian controversy, and they issued 20 canons, most quite boring by modern standards, except perhaps their prohibition against serving in the military.
