Jon and Kate S04E37 Synopsis:

The family’s two German shepherd puppies, Nala and Shooka, are growing fast and full of curiosity, an attribute that leads to an unexpected visit to the veterinarian for one of them. The two are in the chewing stage and when Nala starts throwing up, the Gosselin family decided it is best to get the dogs to the veterinary.

Apparently, Nala has swallowed one of the stuffed toy horses so a surgery is necessary to save the dog.

Once Nala is safe to go home, the vet told that she needs rest but as soon as she got home, she started running around and barking. Seems like she is happy to be back home.
