Gretchen Barretto has released her statement to the press. She said she will come out once she’s ready. She admitted that the controversy caused her pain but she finds consolation in the loving embrace of her partner, Tonyboy Cojuangco.
So it’s true that Mr. Cojuangco has forgiven her. Gretchen is indeed lucky to have him.
Gretchen’s friends like Lucy Torres Gomez and Nadia Montenegro appealed to the public not to judge Gretchen. Same thing with Claudine Barretto. Gretchen’s younger sister who’s 7 months pregnant has expressed disgust over the controversy. She is obviously mad at John Estrada, the guy who kissed La Greta on the photo which was recently circulated in the Internet.
John’s cellphone was used to take the picture of him and Gretchen kissing.
Others did not find any malice with the said photo. Some see it as a friendly kiss.
Maybe it’s no big deal with Gretchen and John. But remember Gretchen is very much involved with Tonyboy and they have a teenage daughter.
John has apologized to Gretchen and her family. He said they’re good friends and Gretchen shouldn’t be judged because she’s a good person.
Gretchen should be more careful next time. She cannot afford to lose the love and trust of such a gentleman like Tonyboy. Just my two cents worth.

I’m sorry but kissing the lips of a girl with a matching semi-hugging (naka-akbay di ba) is not just a friendly kiss. If John is gay, puwede pa or if they are really, really close as best of best friends puwede pa rin. But they’re not. Sorry to say that her friends and sister who are saying to the people not to judge her eh ginagawang tanga ang mga tao. People will not be judgemental kung wala silang nakita.
Pero it’s true hindi nga siguro tayo dapat maging judgemental. Kung si Tony Boy nga na partner niya napaniwala niyang there’s nothing going on ang mga tao pa kaya. Hay naku ang nagagawa nga naman nang kagandahan. Sana nalang they use it in good and morally right way.
Sorry judgemental pa rin pala ako. Well, huwag din naman nila ring ijudge ang mga tao sa pagiging judgemental. In the first place walang i-jujudge ang mga tao kung walang ibidensiya at walang nagawa. Akala ko ba matalino si Gretchen na tao. She always says that. Bakit yata na-bobo yata siya sa sitwasyong yon.

Ang sakin lang, Gretchen needs to learn to be humble and learn to appreciate the love that Tony has shown her.
Gretchen thinks ‘too highly’ of herself and her feet is way off the ground. She is so ‘matapobre’ and such a show off. She gives sarcastic comments about her rivals. Who does she think she is?
I just hope that the next time we see ‘Gretchen’ on tv – she will be a more humbled person.

the truth is, tonyboy got very angry and shouted at her and it caused him to get sick that’s the reason why he had to go the states for an operation. you should also know that the people who work for tonyboy hate gretchen very much.
gretchen will NEVER tell the public that tonyboy got very angry at her and called her “names”. What she tells the public are only the good things she wants to believe. but deep inside, she is a VERY miserable high headed insect just riding on the back of a carabao. She should know that life is short and should be lived with an eternal view in mind. I think tonyboy is very stupid for giving her another chance.

Masasabi ko lang, isa siyang babaeng puro ilusyon sa kanyang magandang buhay. Walang laman ang utak kundi gumastos ng perang di naman kanya at gumawa pa ng cd, sintunado naman and boses. Kasuka-suka!
