GMA 7’s original reality-based artista search “Startstruck” is back!
Startstruck 1 produced today’s hottest young stars like Jennylyn Mercado, Mark Herras, Katrina Halili, Yasmien Kurdi, Rainier Castillo and Nadine Samonte.
Jennylyn and Mark have done a number of blockbuster movies and hit television shows.
Katrina Halili is one of the sexiest female stars today. She was recently voted as the sexiest Filipina in a leading magazine for men.
Yasmien, Rainier and Nadine are also very visible in TV, movies and even in product endorsements.
Unfortunately, winners of Starstruck 2 and 3 were not as popular as Jennylyn’s batch, except for last year’s ultimate survivor Marky Cielo and the controversial, Iwa Moto.
Fans are now extremely excited about the return of this artista search. Fresh faces and talents are always welcome in the entertainment industry.
This year, “Starstruck, The Next Level”, will proclaim four winners namely the “Ultimate Hunk”, “Ultimate Sweetheart”, and the pair that will comprise the “Ultimate Loveteam”.
Each of the four ultimate survivors will get P1 million in cash, P2-million exclusive management contract from GMA and other prizes.
GMA 7 also extended the age limit of contestants from 19 to 21.
From thousands who auditioned, only 12 contestants will be chosen.

Idol kita tulad ni Marky Cielo. sana manalo ka kc ikaw lang ang number 1 dito sa pozorrubio. sana di ka magbago at galingan mong mabuti ok. plz greet mo lahat ng taga-kfc dagupan kc number 1 ang starstruck. lagi kaming sumusubaybay sa inyo. more power to you with step.
I am a filipino working in Japan as english teacher. Work here is stressful until i subscribed to pinoy tv. Nakakaalis stress lalo na at may starstruck. Honestly, ngayon lang ako nakakapanood nyan at nakakatuwa, entertaining talaga. I have my own bets, Paulo and Stef, araw araw nga, kung may time oras-oras nga ako bumuboto sa kanila on my internet. Obviously, im proud of them specially Paulo kasi kailian ko yan. Im from Abra, a part of the Cordillera Administrative Region. Pagbutihin mo Pau para may ipagmamalaki na naman kami sa Ilocos and CAR regions. Si Stef di ko pa narinig nag Ilokano, nahihiya ba siya? Buti pa si Paulo, palaging isinasama ang mga “kailian” o kababayan nya sa Cordilleras. I will be an avid fan and Il closely watch starstruck hanggang matapos. Congratulations on a very nice and entertaining show and good hosts sina Jolina, Dingdong, and Raymond.Muahhhhhh

for JEWEL, lakasan mo lang loob mo, naiinggit lang sila…..kasi hindi sila umabot sa finals—–bakit di nila tanggap!!!! the votes is 50/50 from the viewers and the council….ang pag-aartista di lang yan dahil magaling ka sa ganoon, kundi sa hatak din ng MASA….”walang silbi ang isang pelikula dahil magaling ang artista pero sa takilya wala naman”, wala ng kukuhang producer, dahil di kumita ang movie….importante talaga ang MASA kapag artista ka. SO GOODLUCK JEWEL….GO GO GO

for STEF & the rest of the avengers batch 4…tanggapin nyo na lang na di kayo nakasama sa finals…for stef—dapat matagal ka ng natanggal sa starstruck pero pinagbigyan ka ng council dahil sayang ang talent na ipinakita mo…..pero hindi ka nasalba sa text votes! kaya naging avenger ka……..

i think Rich deserves to win as the ultimate sweetheart for she got the talent and intelligence an artist must possess hindi palagi na lang mga half blood artist ang kinukuha, hello!we are in the philippines be proud of your culture and your people!!
