Football fans were a bit surprised why some of the Pittsburgh Steelers were waving some pink Terrible Towels.
The Steelers were Deshea Townsend, Max Starks, Tony Hills and Dennis Dixon at Magee-Womens Hospital. They participated on a breast cancer program to raise awareness on healthy living especially for those who survived from the illness. They joined the campaign with 20 other breast cancer survivors who also brought pink Terrible Towels.
The players who participated in this had family members who also battled with breast cancer. If you think the campaign is only for towels, wait for their games. Photos of some players show them wearing pink socks and pink gloves.
