Mother Lily spends P6 million on Special Effects for New Horror Movie

It’s an ambitious project for Regal Films producer, Mother Lily Monteverde but she’s determined to do it.

“Tiyanaks,” the remake of the 1988 hit horror movie “Tiyanak” will be shown on July 4 in cinemas throughout the country.
�
Mother Lily is so proud of the movie because high tech special effects were used to make the super� spectacular monsters. For special effects alone, the veteran movie producer spent a total of P6 million.
�
The movie aims to reach the same level or even surpass the huge success of the original film starring Janice de Belen.
�
“Tiyanaks” is directed by Mark Reyes and stars Rica Peralejo, Jennylyn Mercado, Mark Herras, JC de Vera, Ryan Yllana, Jill Yulo, Karel Marquez, TJ Trinidad, and Lotlot de Leon.
