Assemblyman Mike Duvall filed a resignation after a sex video involving him and young women came out this month.
It can be remembered that Duvall became a hot topic in July 2009 because of the sexually graphic comments he made before a televised committee meeting. Without his knowledge, the comments were recorded.
Transcripts of the said comment are also being circulated online. Could this be another sex scandal to talk about–the Mike Duvall video?
