Update: A former police officer Abner Afuang splashed water on Dr. Hayden Kho.   He was arrested as per request of Jamby.

Katrina Halili Reading her statement.  Katrina said she was in love with Hayden and it was not for fun as said before in some interviews from Hayden.

Hayden Kho being questioned by Sen. Jinggoy Estrada asking about the drug issue and who is the supplier.  Hayden did not mention the supplier because of “fear for his family”.

Hayden has 4 videos with Katrina Halili.  Hayden confirmed the use of  Ecstacy.

Hayden confirm he has also video with Dr. Vicki Belo.

Hayden confirmed affair with girlfriend of barkada (is this Princess???).

Hayden said he was talking to a barkada when  2 other friends  Bistek and Eric went to his house/apartment to get the harddrive.

Hayden said upon reaching his house and find out that his hardrive is lost, he drank the 3 remaining  Ecstacy in his pocket.

Hayden said he is not sure who released the video but he suspect that  it is either Eric Chua or Bistek.

Sen. Jamby on Katrina

Katrina said they were not on drugs during the videos.  Katrina knows about the careless whisper video but said that Hayden promised that it will be deleted.

It was discussed that the laptop was the property of Belo medical group so the laptop was not “stolen”.

Sen Jamby asked if Hayden is willing to tell who is the supplier of drugs in a separate executive session (Senators only).    Hayden declined for safety reasons.
