Judy Ann Cannot Promote New Film in ABS CBN Shows

Judy Ann Santos is happy to finally do a movie with Jolina Magdangal. During their teenage years, Judy Ann and Jolina were together at the Kapamilya network. To make the long story short, Jolina is now with the Kapuso network while Judy Ann chooses to stay at ABS CBN.

The horror film “Ouija” is produced by GMA Films. Judy Ann Santos thought of promoting the said movie in some ABS CBN shows like Sharon, The Buzz, and Boy and Kris. She was however disappointed when the ABS CBN management did not allow her to do so.

Just recently, GMA 7’s prized possession Regine Velasquez teamed up with ABS CBN’ s bankable young actor Piolo Pascual in Star Cinema’s “Paano Kita Iibigin.”

Piolo was allowed and welcomed wholeheartedly to promote his movie with Regine in some GMA shows like Sis and Pinoy Pop Superstar.

Juday was however quick to point out that she harbors no ill feelings at ABS CBN for refusing her request to promote her movie. She said she just wanted to ask why.

Judy Ann and Jolina need not worry. Their fans just can’t wait to see the film. “Ouija” is directed by Topel Lee and is intended for international release.
�
It also stars Iza Calzado, Rhian Ramos and Desiree del Valle.

Incidentally, reports said the Regine-Piolo movie did not do very well at the tills. It’s probably because of Ogie Alcasid’s confirmation of his relationship with the Songbird. Or some people may think the two lead stars don’t really have a chemistry.
