Glenn Lee Beck, an American radio and TV host, political commentator made a huge controversy when he commented in Fox News about President Obama being a racist.

He said…

“I’m not saying he doesn’t like white people. I’m saying he has a problem. This guy is, I believe, a racist.”

According to reports by Associated press, some 33 advertisers pulled out their ads from his “Glenn Beck Program”. One of the advertisers (Progressive Insurance) wrote…

“[We] seek to avoid advertising on programming that our customers or potential customers may find extremely offensive”

So I guess this racist comment of his really backfired on him. I think those were really harsh words but then the beauty of Democracy is that you can express your political oppinions freely and it is his right to free speech. On the other hand, the advertisers also has the right to pull-out any of their ads from his show.
