In GMAnews website report, DLSU classes would be suspended for 10 days starting from June 4 to June 14. The reason was that a foreign exchange student from DLSU in Taft Avenue has been hit by the A(H1N1) virus. This is to stop any further spreading of the said virus.
According to Health Secretary Francisco Dugue III, the number of A(H1N1) cases in the Philippines has climbed to 22.
It has been advised that people who came in contact with any know infected person to exercise self quarantine. It is also best to avoid crowded places such as malls, movie theaters, concerts, and similar places.
