Angel Locsin and Piolo Pascual Insured For A Movie

After witnessing Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin’s team up in Lobo, another project has been posted for the two. The first team up movie of the two for ABS-CBN is tentatively titled Land Down Under .

Pasugong and Malaybalay, Bukidnon, and then in Darwin, Australia were the shooting locations selected for the movie.

“We will fly to Bukidnon this Friday and shoot for 28 days,” said Rory B. Quintos who’s directing the movie. “Then we’ll come back, rest for three days before flying to Darwin to shoot the rest of the movie for the same number of days.”

“It’s a risky role,” admitted Angel, “so, yes, Piolo and I have been insured. It’s the first time that I am insured for a movie.”

Piolo and Angel play a cowboy/cowgirl in love. They were professionally trained by Vic Barba and Mikee Cojuangco.

Angel, and Piolo, must really take care during the shooting. Our parents should remembers so well how Amalia Fuentes broke her back and had to be confined to a wheelchair for months after she fell from a horse while shooting Sampaguita Pictures’ Tulisan in the ’60s? And who can ever forget how Christopher Reeve fell from his horse and broke his spinal column and eventually led to his paralysis?
