An Eye Opener for Cesar

Cesar Montano admits his life has greatly changed since he accepted the administration’s offer for him to run for the Senate.

He’s been in various places all over the country and he considers the experience an eye-opener.� Wherever he goes, he sees poverty as one of the country’s main problems.

The mult-awarded actor and director says he really aims to impove the quality of life of the Filipino people. He would like to reach out to the people especially the poor.

Cesar also says that if he wins, he will introduce a bill that will require banks to allocate a substantial portion of their loan portfolio for cooperatives to extend credit assistanc e to the poor.
�
He will also help farmers and fishermen organize themselves into federations or cooperatives to be more productive.
�
Let ’s hope the people will not regret if they give this man a chance to serve in the senate.
