Aiko Melendez Is Back In Acting

Aiko Melendez is back and with a meatier role in her comeback role. This will be her first project after four years. She will be starring in Your Song’s “Somebody Like You.”

She mentioned in a press conference with with PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) after the press conference of Your Song, held yesterday, August 29, at the 9501 Restaurant in the ABS-CBN compound, she wishes to team up with different challenging leading men now that she is back in showbiz and would even love to do an acting project with her ex-husband, Jomari Yllana.

According to some showbiz news, Aiko was supposed to do an acting project in Your Song with Jomari instead of John Prats. However, Aiko clarified that it is only in Maalaala Mo Kaya Series in ABS-CBN where she and her ex-husband are going to work again and not in the weekly drama Your Song.
